Eligibility for a Return

We accept returns and will issue a full refund only under the following conditions:

  • Expired Products: The product you received has passed its expiration date.
  • Damaged Products: The product packaging or contents are visibly damaged upon arrival.

All return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return (Required Proof)

To initiate a return for an eligible product, please follow these steps:

  1. Take clear photographs or a short video of the expired or damaged product. The photo should clearly show the issue and, for damaged items, the state of both the product and its external packaging.
  2. Email the photos or video to our customer support team at [[email protected]] within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  3. In the email, please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Please Note: All returned items are subject to a careful review by our quality control team. The refund will be processed only after we have verified the damage was not caused by misuse or intentional harm.

Non-Returnable Items

Given our product range, several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Any item that is not expired or damaged.
  • Items returned more than 24 hours after delivery.
  • Products without a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return request is received and the issue is verified, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for any of our products.

Return Shipping

Donigal will be responsible for the shipping costs of eligible returns (for expired or damaged items). We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label or arrange for a pickup of the item.
